RETURN POLICY:
Bags or totes that are not embroidered may be returned to us in their
original condition within 15 days after customer receipt. Shipping charges
will be refunded if the delivered merchandise is an error from Simply Bags.
All returns must be accompanied by a return authorization number and can be
issued by calling 888-815-3455 or e-mail
service@simply-bags.com. We
suggest United Parcel Service for return merchandise. Credit card refunds
take one week for processing.
Custom monogrammed items
are non-returnable. Please be sure your initials are correct,
proper set-up for three letter monogram - last name initial is center,
largest letter - first name initial is first, middle name initial last.
